For over 28 years, Kent Rollison has devoted his practice exclusively to family wealth transfer and protection.  Kent helps individuals and families with their estate planning, including the potential for lifetime incapacity needs, transfer tax planning, business succession planning, and the eventual care of their family and disposition of their estates.  His work includes both lifetime planning for his clients, as well as representing individual and corporate personal representatives and trustees in the implementation and administration of estates and trusts.  In recognition of his proficiency as a specialist in estate planning and administration techniques, Kent has been designated as a Board Certified Trust & Estate Lawyer by Indiana’s Trust & Estate Specialty Board.
